Federalism

For Filipinos, if you are aware about the propose charter change. Some politicians especially the administration are planning to ammend the 1986 Philippine constitution but it is in debate right now. Some politicians said that there are part of the constitution that needs to be changed. One of the main issue right now, is changing the Philippine government into Federal government to bring peace in Mindanao. But I do not believe that it really bring peace in Mindanao, especially the conflict of principles between Muslims and Christians . It has been a forever issue that Muslim's wants to own Mindanao and they want to have it separate from the Philippine government but what about the Christians who are also living in Mindanao, do they consider that?

I was looking for meaning in the internet about Federal government or Federalism.

The term federalism is also used to describe a system of the government in which sovereignty is constitutionally divided between a central governing authority and constituent political units (like states or provinces).

Political federalism is a political philosophy in which a group of members are bound together (Latin: foedus, covenant) with a governing representative head .


Unfortunately, you have to fight for peace because people are too stupid to come to a reasonable solution. All they want is to kill people, to steal, and terrorize because when you get right down to it they are criminals.. In other words, all they are thinking is for their own greed. Terrorist is just another definition of a common criminal
